Terms & Conditions
These Terms are an agreement between you and LathranSoft LLC ("Fravvo", "we", "us"), which operates Fravvo, for your use of the Fravvo app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Beta service
Fravvo is an invite-only beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and the Service may have errors. We may end the beta or your access at any time.
2. Who can use Fravvo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. You may only connect a Gmail account that you own or are authorised to use.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. What Fravvo does, and its limits
Fravvo uses AI to suggest which of your emails need attention. The AI can be wrong: it may miss an important email or flag one that is not. Fravvo is a helper, not a replacement for reading your own email. You remain responsible for your emails, deadlines, payments and decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal or harmful;
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service or its security;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Your data
Your emails and data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account at any time.
7. Our property
The Fravvo name, logo, app and website belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the Service.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Fravvo without any obligation to you.
9. Fees
The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you the price in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Fravvo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we end the Service. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fravvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss caused by a missed or wrongly flagged email. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using Fravvo after that, you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
