Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LathranSoft LLC ("Fravvo", "we", "us"), which operates Fravvo, collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use the Fravvo mobile app and website (the "Service"). We have written it in plain language and it describes only what the Service actually does.
We read your Gmail with read-only access. Our AI sees only the sender, subject and a short preview of each email. We keep email data for 30 days at most. We never sell your data, never use it for ads, and never use it to train AI models. You can disconnect and delete everything at any time.
1. Information we collect
a) Your Google account details
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, so we can create and identify your Fravvo account.
b) Gmail data (read-only)
With your permission, Fravvo uses Google's read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly) to look at the emails in your inbox. For each email we use:
- the sender's name and email address
- the subject line
- the date and time it was received
- a short preview of the message text (the first part of the email, about 200 characters)
We do not read or store attachments, and we do not send the full body of your emails to our AI. Fravvo cannot send, delete, label or change any of your emails.
c) Results the app creates
For each email, Fravvo stores the result of its check: whether the email needs your attention, a short reason, and a category (for example "bill" or "school").
d) App and device information
We store a device token so we can send you notifications, and basic technical logs (such as error reports and the time of your last sync) so we can keep the Service working.
2. How we use your information
- To show you which emails need your attention, and why.
- To check for new emails about every 15 minutes, including when the app is closed.
- To send you notifications you have turned on.
- To keep the Service secure, fix problems and provide support.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build marketing profiles.
3. How our AI works with your email
To decide which emails matter, Fravvo sends the sender, subject and short preview of each email to Google's Gemini AI service, using a paid business plan. Before anything is sent, Fravvo removes card and bank numbers, one-time codes and passwords from the preview. Under that plan, Google does not use the data we send to train its AI models. Fravvo also does not use your email data to train or improve any general AI model.
The AI can make mistakes. Please do not rely on Fravvo as the only way you track important or time-sensitive emails.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
In particular, we only use Gmail data to provide the features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to run the Service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with your notice; we do not use it for advertising; and no person at Fravvo reads your email unless you give us explicit permission for a specific email (for example, when you report a problem), it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or required by law.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored and processed by our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers located in the United States. Your Gmail sign-in permission (the access token) is stored only on our server, encrypted, and never kept in the app on your phone.

When you disconnect Gmail or delete your account, we delete your email data and access permission straight away (backups within the period above).
7. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run Fravvo:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Secret keys are kept on our server, not in the app. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the Service.
9. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect Gmail in the app's settings, or at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Delete your account in the app's settings, or by emailing us.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing vibe@lathran.com. We will reply within 30 days.
10. Children
Fravvo is currently for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used Fravvo, contact us and we will delete their data.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect, and update the date at the top.
